• Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Authorization Required: Returns will only be processed once they have been approved by our customer support team.
  
• Refund Details: Upon approval, a refund will be issued for the product value. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Exchange Policy

• Procedure: Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new purchase. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for your desired item.

3. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To ensure a successful return or exchange, please make sure that:

• Items are unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Earrings are non-refundable and, therefore, not applicable for returns.
  
• Products showing any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

5. Tabby/Tamara Refunds

For orders paid by Tabby or Tamara, your refund will be processed in accordance with their respective terms and conditions.
