1. Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to cancel the order, please login to your account on theweartique.com and select the option to cancel your order. However, order modification is not possible after submission.

2. Do Weartique deliver to locations outside the United Arab Emirates?

Unfortunately, we currently only deliver within the United Arab Emirates and do not offer international shipping.

3. What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

Our team will apply thorough quality control measures and will inspect the condition of each item prior to shipping it. However, If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer care team immediately. Our team will guide you through the process.

4. Can I shop without creating an account?

Yes, of course. At the checkout process, we will give you the option of proceeding as a guest. However, we need a few details from you like your full name, email, and delivery address.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all Visa, MasterCard, & American Express Cards, In addition to that we accept Apple Pay & Google Pay as well as Buy Now Pay Later options.

6. Are product images the same as actual products?

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site.

7. How does shopping with Tabby or Tamara?

When in checkout page, under payment methods you can choose Tabby or Tamara and get your order delivered and then pay the amount in split payments with no interest & no fees. You will require to login the tabby or tamara account.
